When I was a little kid, I knew I wanted a dog. From the moment I could read, I was learning whatever I could about dogs. When my parents got me my first dog at a young age, I was on cloud nine. She was an 8 week old German shepherd mix who really grew my love for dogs. As we grew older, we started to do more and more activities together. However, at 6 years old she unfortunately passed away due to cancer. I knew I couldn't live without another dog. 

Shortly after Molly's passing, my mom ran into a lady with some terrier mix puppies that she was trying to get rid of. My mom knew I had been looking for another dog and told me about these puppies. I went and looked and I couldn't say no. Malani was a shy little girl but when I got her home, did she have a lot to say! 

When Malani was about 2 years old, I saw dogs on Social Media doing so many flashy tricks and stunts and I wanted to try it. So, I started teaching Malani tricks - and it was so fun! Ever since then, I've taken online courses, learned from some of the best stunt dog trainers, and learned as much as I could about training the dog in front of you. 

Now, I have Drift. I got him to teach and grow my business alongside me. Drift has opened many doors for me, and introduced me to dog sports at a higher level. Just before I got him, I started agility in my backyard with Malani. 

Drift has introduced me to so many other trainers out there that I have been able to learn so much from and has introduced me to competing and performing in front of a crowd.

I am always learning from every resource I can, and want to help dog owners experience the cool things they want to do with their dog, whether it be a relaxing stress-free walk or competing in dog sports.
